Kara has been entranced with the beauty of the body and it's abilities since beginning gymnastics at 2 years old.  She began coaching at 12 and training athletes at 15. Her decade as an Integrated Movement Therapist shines though her work with her personable, gentle approach that's both instructional and efficient.  In 2018 Kara stopped training therapists and instructors to put down roots in stunning Bandon.  Kara's signature blend of eastern and western massage modalities is often referred to as unique and masterful.  Her goal is to be one more amazing part to your stay.

Holly's passion for helping others feel their best led her to pursue her journey into massage therapy in 2023.  After attending school in Central Oregon she gained experience in both chiropractic and wellness settings. She now resides on the coast and is excited to be a part of the community.  Her approach blends therapeutic techniques with attention to details. Holly believes every massage should reflect each person’s needs. Whether the goal is easing tension, improving mobility, recovering after a day on the golf course, or taking time to relax.

Sky developed a deep fascination with the human body from a young age. Brought up in a family in physical therapy, massage therapy,  and movement therapy, Sky was surrounded by conversations of the latest studies on healing injuries. She is now certified in assisted stretching as she works towards becoming a neurosurgeon.  Sky is thrilled to transform your next round into a truly effortless and comfortable golfing experience.
